You can request a refund if you’ve used fewer than 50 credits by canceling your subscription and emailing help@promptgraphy.ai; refunds are issued to the original payment method, and deleted accounts are not eligible.

Subscription credits renew monthly but do not roll over to the next billing period.

You can get more credits by sharing your referral link for free bonuses or purchasing a top-up package.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the "Manage subscription" section, and it will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Payment and billing details can be updated or receipts downloaded through the "Manage subscription" section in your account.

Free users’ images are owned by Promptgraphy.ai and visible in the community gallery, while paid users own their images and can use them commercially.

You can sell generated images only if you own them, which requires a paid subscription.

Images created during a paid subscription remain private even after the subscription ends.
